Who we are

This private wedding website is created and managed by Luxury Barcelona S.L., a boutique event planning company based in Barcelona, Spain. We are the data controller responsible for any personal information submitted through this site.

  • RSVP status

  • Dietary requirements or allergies

  • Transport requirements (e.g. airport transfers, buses)

  • Other information you choose to include in your RSVP

We process this information solely for the purposes of organizing and delivering the wedding of Pauline & Vicenç, including:

  • Managing the guest list and seating plan

  • Coordinating catering, transportation, accommodation, and logistics

Who we share information with

How long we keep your data

We will retain guest information until shortly after the wedding has taken place, in order to finalize all event logistics. Data will be securely deleted within 3 months of the wedding date (by September 13, 2026).
